Vintage 1950s Monkey Climbing the Palm Tree Tin Litho Emporium 

 Here we have a very nice vintage Tin Litho Monkey Climbing the Palm Tree, made by Emporium Specialty Co., circa 1950s. A terrific addition to your collection.

This tin palm tree and monkey is in Very Good condition, with some scratches and wear detected, minor surface oxidation. The paper leaves are in tact, but are dusty and have holes from the tin underneath that is there to support the paper leaves. It measures approx. 18" tall. Comes complete with 8 steel balls (his coconuts), which are often missing. The monkey is pulley powered and scampers up the tree to retrieve a ball and then back down to drop it in the tray below.  A wonderful example of a very collectible tin toy, offered to you with no reserve.
